What do you do when a slide does not advance using a wireless mou.

flex 7

I have an issue where i am using a wireless mouse to advance slides in a
powerpoint presentation running windows 2000 and office 2000, the slide does
not advance from the wirless mouse but will advance using the keyboard arrow
keys.
There are no annimation or transition effects of any kind that would be
interfering.

maybe the mouse is dead. To check, flip it over and
stroke its ball. Does it react? Does it enjoy your
stroking? I hope so.

I thought of that, but flex7 says that the arrow keys work, which wouldn't
happen in Kiosk mode.
