What do you need to download Sharepoint Designer 2007?

We have recently upgraded to Server 2008 & Office 2007. Do we need the
Sharepoint Suite 2007 or anything like that to get the free download for
Sharepoint Designer 2007?

Thanks for the link! I had found that but I had also read somewhere that it
was part of the Sharepoint package. I also read that it was part of Office
2007 but did not come with it. I wasn't sure if just having Office 2007 is
enough or if you had to have the Sharepoint Package also? I get confused
when I read different articles.
