What does "0x8004010F object not found" mean when E-mail S/R fails

I am unable to send/receive in my Outlook 2003 after restoring from SP2
lobotomizing my system. I use Earthlink DSL. The test message goes out when
I sent up the accounts. But I cannot retreive my e-mail thru Outlook the way
I used to be able to.
