what does it mean "can't move the items"

impatient one

I have two emails in my Outlook "Outbox" which would not go, and now I can't
delete them or move them to the "deleted" folder. When I try to delete them
the message comes up "the messaging interface has returned an unknown error.
If the problem persists, restart Outlook" , but after I have shut down and
re-started, I still can't delete them. Any clues? it's driving me nuts !

Assuming you are working with a POP3/IMAP account, have you tried the inbox
repair tool (scanpst.exe) to see if there are any issues with the PST
file(s) that can be repaired?
