What does it mean when it says application was created in marquee.

I'm trying to enter scrolling text in a document and when I click on it, I
get the following: This object was created in MARQUEE. This application is
not available to open this object. Make sure the application is properly
installed and that it has not been deleted, moved, or renamed." What can I
do about this?
