i have installed a print shop program,i can not get it up it tells me .can not dermine configuragion.please help.thank you

Two things: 1. This has nothing to do with Office, try Print Shop Product
Support.
2. It doesn't do much good to use anonymous posting if you display your real
address as your alias. Dude...you're gettin' spammed!
