what does operation failed an object not found mean?

after i have installed microsoft office in outlook this message comes up.
everything is installed properly, but and not send or recieve emails.

if the steps in that link don't fix it you will need to be more specific
about the problem. when does it happen? what version of Outlook? What level
of Service Pack ? ....?
