What does "The operation failed. An object cannot be found" mean .

I am having issues trying to set up email accounts in my outlook. I have the
account set up (which I did on another computer and it worked fine) but I
keep getting this error. "The operation failed. An object cannot be found."
What do I need to do to fix this? Thanks!
