managings issues, risks, documents etc?
This option is important only in the individual project workspaces in which
it is Active by default. It enables the ability to link Issues, Risks,
Documents to tasks within the project itself.
This option by default is Deactivated at the top PWA site level and does not
need to be activated for any reason.
