What does this mean: 554 service unavailable. RBL blocked.

When emailing my sister, who has an aol account, I received the message: 554
service unavailable [24.24.255.72] RBL blocked. She is staying at a Marriott
Courtyard, and I think they have wireless there. Can anyone tell me what the
error message means, and what I can do about it? I can't contact her by phone.

It means that your ISP is being blocked by a blacklist. Contact the address
supplied by the RBL to find out more information.

how do i contact the address supplied by the RBL? (should i rename myself
'clueless'?)
