What does this mean? There is an error in XML document

Good Day,

I keep getting this error message:

Server was unable to read request. --> There is an error in XML document (1,
1063). --> Input string was not in a correct format.

I realize that the (1, 1063) values could change if I'm getting an error in
a different place, but how can I verify what the
error is?
