What does "unable to find WAB DLL" mean

I just opened Micrsoft Outlook and tried to save an event on the calendar. I
keep getting the paperclip guy saying "Could not save entry. An error has
occured while attempting to open address Book . Unable to find WAB DLL. I
have not clue what these letters stand for.
