MS Office 2003 Basic is an OEM only (i.e. available only
with a new PC) and includes only Excel, Word and Outlook.
You can use the link below to find out what is in each edition
of Office 2003 from the single chart there.
A number of the PC makers will let you swap out one edition
for a higher one (for a fee).

Hello, I have Microsoft Office Basic Edition 2003 installed on my computer by the factory. I thought that Publisher and Powerpoint
were included in this edition, but I only seem to have Word and Excel. Here's a dumb question, is there a difference between the
"BASIC Office 2003" as opposed to just "Office 2003"? If there is, is that why I don't have the other programs? Any insight would be
