What Happened to Access Help????

I have recently started using Access XP. Before that i was using Access 97.
With Access 97 all i had to do was click on the Help Menu item and choose
Help and i could choose from either Search or or Contents. With Access XP
all i have is the stupid annoying Office Assistant. Is Access Help located
on another disk?

Right-click the "stupid Office Assistant", choose Options, uncheck Use
Office Assistant, and then never click the Show Office Assistant line in the
Help submenu.

Also, sadly, Access help is in a pretty grim state. You only get
'Access' help in the Access window, and only 'VBA' help in the
VB window. And the index window doesn't float (which is why Word
users use the stupid annoying Office Assistant). And to get help
on a vba keyword, type it into the immediate window and press [F1]:
the index and search functions in Help aren't worth spitting on.
