What happened to Add to Favorites tool?

In Word 2002 it's on the Tools menu in the File Open and File Save dialogs.

I meant where is it in Word 2003? I liked its
functionality and cannot find it anywhere. I know it is
on the Web toolbar, but that only works for files not
folders. I want to add folders to favorites!

I don't see where you mentioned the version in your original post. Would it
not suffice to add folders to the Places Bar?
