Hi Robinson,

Yes, MS has basically stopped shipping the Wizards with Word. If you have the one from older versions and also the letter templates
for Elegant, contemporary, Professional, etc (also dropped from 2007 as 'dated') the letter Wizard will still work in Word 2007.

The use of Word's theme and quick part building blocks in Word 2007 is the way MS approached this for the new version.

If you provide an example of how you were using the letter Wizard one of the folks here may be able to see about steps for a similar
result in Word 2007.

Hi Bob

Thanks for your quick reply. How do I make the 'old' Letter Wizard work in
Word 2007? (I mainly used the 'Contemporary' template)

The wizard was invaluable for me as I was able to add many things as I went
along making the letter look very professional - not 'dated' (it gave me more
flexibility to 'refine' the letter by just choosing from the many options
available which might have been overlooked otherwise) . The other advantage
is that you can re-start the wizard for the same letter even after you have
completed it, as many times as you need.

Word 2007 has many more templates but still falls short of 'Letter Wizard'
which is more comprehensive, flexible, and faster when you want a customised
letter.
