what happened to my "enter" key?

In Excel 2000, pressing enter in a cell works sort of
like a "carriage return." The first cell in the next row
is activated.

In Excel 2002, the active cell doesn't change when I
press enter. I can only use the arrow keys or mouse to
navigate.


Is there a setting to restore the "old" way?
