What happened to Speech in Office 2007

I have Office 2003 Standard on my box. My neighbor just bought Office 2007
Pro and put it on his box. I have Speech - he doesn't. I checked through his
app as best as I knew how and I couldn't find any place to turn on Speech or
open the Language Bar. Can anyone help me to get his speech-to-text working
in Word 2007. Or is Speech no longer inclided in Office?

No, it is now part of the operating system (Vista). This has been brought up
several times before so perhaps if you Googled, you may find a possible
workaround. I honestly don't know because I don't use it.
