What happened to the Adobe Acrobat icon?

In Word 2000 I had two Adobe icons on the toolbar which made it very
convenient to activate Adobe Distiller. In Word XP Adobe Distiller is
still available as one of the printer options but it's no longer on the
toolbar.

Does anyone know if it's possible to fix this?
