What happens after deleting a user

If I delete a user from Project Server, what will happen to old projects that
had that user as a resource? Will it still show the name but have some kind
of mark that the resource is not available or something?

If you delete a user from the Project Server database using Admin - Clean Up
Project Server Database in PWA, following are the consequences:

1. The system deletes the resource from the Enterprise Resource Pool

2. The system deletes the resource's user account from PWA

3. In each enterprsie project in which the resource is a team member, the
system converts the resource to a local (non-enterprise) resource and sets
the resource's Workgroup value to None to prevent Spooler errors when the PM
publishes the project. The system also appends the resource's name with a
message stating the date the reosurce was deleted. Your PM's will see the
Local Resource indicator to the left of the resource's name in the Resource
Sheet view of any project containing the deleted resource.
