What happens if you publish a project, create a workspace, uploaddocs to the PM library, THEN change

Because of Sharepoint permissions, wouldn't you have to delete the
workspace and have the new owner create it again when they publish
(once the project is given to them and they choose themselves as
Status Manager)?

Wouldn't that be a total disaster for those projects that are already
under way and the PM quits and another replaces them?

Please comment.

Hi Andy,

as soon as you change the project ownership you need to republish the
project and project server syncronises the security every time you publish
the project.
Hope this helps

Great, so you don't have to delete the workspace and re-create it. It
just makes the new project owner the Administrator of the workspace,
correct?

Thats right, depending on how you set the sercurity for the owner, Project
Server will take care of the security
Thanks
Marc
