What happens when I upgrade some Office programs but not others?

Hi,
I currently have the Home & Student version of Office 2007 Pro.
If I purchase an upgrade for Excel 2007 STANDARD, will the other Office
products stay on my computer?
(My goal is to get the 'for non-commercial use' banner to go away at the top
of Excel and Powerpoint.)
