what happens when office 2007 beta takes your money

... So I'm trying to download the beta ( gave in and decided to pay for it) ..
went through the process of filling out the form and submitting my credit
card info.. then get and error stating there was a problem with the process
and to please try again later...

so I open another tab in IE7 and check my mastercard... Well I'll be:
Microsoft?Key from LTG $-1.52

They took my money but didn't give me a thing... so.. what do I do now?

Any ideas?

You are going to have to contact LTG, the company that handles this
website for Microsoft.

Well, I just found out that those links don't work.
You need to go back to the beta download page and work your way through
until you hit the Product Selection page. At the bottom of the page,
above the LTG logo, there is a link labeled "LTG Support Policy". Click
it and it gets you to a page where you can get help with your problem.
Read the FAQs first btw.
