What has replaced net folders in later versions of Outlook?

I am currently using Windows 98/Office 2000 on my pc and use net folders in
Outlook to share calendar & contacts with my colleagues. I want to replace
my old pc and use the latest Office version but I know that the newer
versions of Outlook no longer use net folders to share this information.
Mine and my colleagues pc's are not networked - how do I go about sharing
calendar & contacts in newer versions of Outlook? Incidentally, one of my
colleagues is using Windows XP & Office 2000 and the other is using Windows
98 and Office 2000?

NetFolders were removed due to their instability. Unfortunately, they
weren't replaced with anything.

We are using Calendar4Outlook and it seems to be working fine.
www.calendar4outlook.4team.biz give it a try. They have a free trial
version. Good Luck
