What is a .flk file

Hi,

I was practicing exporting information from our accounting system (MYOB)
into Excel. Then I was playing with formatting the report. When I was
finished I had this odd file Lock0001.flk left on the desktop. I don't know
if it is a system message or just extraneous junk. For now I'm just keeping
the file but I'd like to know what it indicates.
