What is an iCalendar and how do I create an iCalendar?

I need to forward my calendar to someone outside the office. How do I do
this? In the actions section there is a forward iCalendar function but its
grayed out for me. I know how to make an appointment an iCalendar but how
can i make my entire calendar an iCalendar so I can forward it to someone?

Is the option to send appointments over the Internet as iCal items checked
here: Tools menu > Options > Calendar?

Also, which version of Outlook are you using?

Hmmm... Did you not install some components of Outlook when you installed
it?

I also have the same issue and the only component/feature of Outlook 2003
that is not installed is "Schedule Plus".

Is your copy of Outlook installed on a standalone machine or on a corporate
networked machine?

Plus, I don't remember Schedule Plus coming along with Outlook 2003...

Outlook is installed on a corporate networked machine; we have Exchange 2003.
(And yes, "Schedule Plus" is in the features list when installing Outlook

Hmmm, that item may be disable by default in an Exchange environment or by
your admin

Outlook is installed on a corporate networked machine; we have
Exchange 2003. (And yes, "Schedule Plus" is in the features list when
installing Outlook 2003)

I think that's there only for compatibility with older stuff. It's
unnecessary in an Exchange environment, since the Calendar now performs the
functons Schedule+ did.
