what is another way to unlock my word document?

Jocy626, I now have the same problem as you have. I can not open any saved
word docs, nor can i save new docs im trying to do

What versions of Office and OS are you using?
Are they patched up to date?
Please describe your problem with some detail such as is this just one Word
document or all Word documents?
