Outlook 2003? It's an option for Exchange server users only but it's listed
on the nav pane for everyone.

I'm sorry, but I don't think I would've asked the question if I was clear
about any of this. I know what shared means (obviously) but I just didn't
know when I can use it and how I set it up. Try not to be so rude next time!
