What is best way to set up this report?

I need to print a report like:

DateFrom DateTo Type1 Type2 Type3 Type4
xx/xx/xx xx/xx/xx 5 0 2 1
xx/xx/xx xx/xx/xx 2 3 0 4

Date from and to are week beginning and ending dates.
My input query has the date and the type, so the dates need to be fitted
into the week ranges and the totals accumulated by the week and the type.

Do you have your query working that would display these values? I expect you
need to create a crosstab query with [week of] as the row heading, Type as
the column heading, and count or something as the value.

If your Types are limited, enter all the type values into the Column
Headings property of the crosstab query.
