What is Clear Search program and why is it trying to access the Internet?

The subject is the question. I am running Windows 98
second edition and have been for several years. Now I
have a program that keeps trying to access the Internet
call Clear Search. Its in a folder under programs in
Windows Explorer.

Anyone know what it is or what it does??
