What is correct copyright notice for photos from Media Elements...

I have selected a photo from Media Elements to print on an insert for a
commercial product sold at retail. It is considered part of the packaging
design.

I need to know whether Microsoft grants rights to do so and what, if any,
copyright should be listed as credit for the source of the photo.
