If you hover over each of your notebooks on the left pane in OneNote, it
will tell you the path for each of the notebooks.

Assuming you do not plan on using your old computer after you get your
new computer, use windows explorer to copy each notebook from the old
computer (from the path you see when you mouse over) to a new location
in the new computer. Then you can go into OneNote on your new computer
and open each notebook in turn (File->Open->Notebook, and pick the path
where you saved the notebooks).

For any notebooks that are stored on the network or on
removable/portable devices you can just open them right from the new
computer without needing to do any copies.

It might be easier to copy the OneNote folder with the files that is located
in your document folder to a thumb drive or usb hard drive. Then copy them to
your document folder on your new computer. As long as you haven't messed with
the [menu] Tools/Options/Save options things should work fine.

Taking this a step further, I have permanently moved the OneNote files to my
thumb drive by right-clicking the notebook name in the left column, selecting
the Properties menu command, then moving the path to my thumb drive.

Now I can use any computer with OneNote 2007 installed and as long as I open
the files on the thumb drive, a copy is synced to the computer where I'm
working. As long as I leave open any of the notebooks that I work with, I can
continue to use it (adding new info) and re-sync with the thumb drive
whenever I like.
