What is 'DisplayName' in relation to .cfg files

I am trying to alter my Outlook program and want to add a Sign Out sheet for
the office, I created one in Excel, converted it to a TXT file then did a
'Save As' to a .cfg file. When I try to bring it into Outlook it tells me
that "The Key name 'DisplayName' is either missing or has an incorrect
value." What does that mean and how do I fix it?

..cfg is a particular file type associated with Outlook custom forms. I know of no way to convert a text file to a .cfg file that Outlook would recognize as a valid form configuration file. In other words, you cannot create a text file in Excel and convert that into an Outlook form. You need to use Outlook's form design tools; see http://www.outlookcode.com/d/forms.htm
