What is Earliest Available - PS 2007

Hello All,

I was just wondering what the Earliest Available and Latest Available dates
are for. You can see these fields when you are creating/editing a user, in
the Assignment Attributes section just under Default Assignment Owner

In the scenario where you're hiring a contractor to work on the project, the
earliest he'd be available is his start date and the latest he'd be available
is his last date.
