You did not tell us what you are trying to install but I guess it might
be Word of some version.
More importantly you did not tell us what the operating system is.
You could probably read the error message which should say "Setup cannot
find the required files" or similar.
Then you could GOOGLE and the first entry will most likely be the
answer.
The first 50 and likely the whole 63,000 entries relate to you problem.
