What is Excel Export Service?

I have a user who is connecting to a Citrix server. When
she goes to export data to Excel from Citrix an error
appears "The MS Excel Export Service Needs to be
installed". Has anyone seen this message before. I can't
find anything on the net.

Any help would be appreciated.

Hi Leo,

I have researched your reference to MS Excel Export Service, and this does
not appear to be a feature installed by Microsoft Excel or Office. Based on
your description of the scenario and the message received, I would guess
that this service is provided by Citrix as the exporting party.

You may want to check with Citrix to determine how to enable this
functionality.
