what is 'field chooser' in BCM Opportunity page

In Outlook BCM when logging an Opportunity there are columns which include
'opportunity title' 'source of lead' etc.... If you click on 'field chooser'
and change or edit these column titles how do you input the appropriate data.
For example, i chose to edit a column so it was titled 'loan request' but
there is no way to enter the data in that field/column????????

That typically requires a custom form, which is not supported in 2003.

You will find this to be supported in BCM 2007.

It is possible to use custom forms in BCM 2003, but it's not officially
supported and requires going through an interesting procedure. If you are
curious, run a web search for BCM 2003 custom forms. Particia wrote the
article.

I think it's a leftover feature from Outlook that simply wasn't disabled in
BCM.

Microsoft has fully implemented this in the 2007 release and it works quite
well.
