What is invalid parameter when saving contact entry

I can't enter any item In Outlook--message always invalid one or more invalid
parameters. I have searched Outlook and MS help pages. No answer.

Provide more information: whether Outlook ever worked and if so the steps
you used to break it. Do you run any add-ins or synch software against your
data base? Do you back up your data?
