what is macro that will move object with text?

Sometimes my screen captures need to be altered so that they move with the
text. I know that the checkbox for that is in "Picture Position" under
"Advanced Layout". What is the code for making this step part of a macro?
(I already use a macro to make a line around the object).

Also, is there a macro code that will put a shadow on the object? Thanks!

Insert the pictures in line with text. They will then behave as a large font
character.

As for the shadows, I thought we had already discussed this? Use SnagIt
(which you have) to add the shadow - and the border - before you insert the
images. You can either add shadows as you capture the images (even
automatically) or later with the SnagIt Editor.

Hi Catherine,

Selection.ShapeRange.RelativeVerticalPosition = _
wdRelativeVerticalPositionParagraph

which means, that the position of the shaperange
will stay the same relative to the paragraph to
which it is anchored. If that paragraph moves,
the shaperange will move with it. I think,
the fixpoint is the start of the paragaph.

Hi Helmut and Graham,

thank you both, I appreciate it. Also, you're right that we already
discussed the shadow, my apologies for writing about it again. I tried the
snagit shadow and didn't like it as well, so unthinkingly asked again.
Thanks.

The drop shadow in SnagIt is completely configurable. You can set the
colour, the background colour, the shadow depth, the outline (if any) width
and colour and which of the four sides you want it to shadow. You can also
do faded edges, torn edges, wave edges, saw edges, sharktooth edges and
bevelled edges. Then borders, watermarks, captions, annotations and
perspective. You can set your preferred setting as a default. What's not to
like?
