What is MXM file type and how to read it

I created an email using worgroup integration from Project 2000 (tools ->
workgroup -> team status). The email contains a .MXM attachement (MSPJ.MXM)
that holds the info generated from Project. Of course, windows 2000 does not
recognize a .MXM file type. What application do I use to open this file
type? Is there any way to tell project to just send the info in the body of
the email it generates?

Read the help on workgroups in Project 2000. It will tell you that you need
to run the wgsetup.exe program on any machine that is going to be receiving
the emails. The wgsetup enables the client computers to deal with the .MXM
attachments.
