What is my list of allowed rcpthosts?

I bought a new laptop recently, and transferred info over from my old Outlook
to my new Outlook. However, it has caused me huge problems because emails I
am now sending are coming back with this error message: 553 sorry, that
domain isn't in my list of allowed rcpthosts (#5.7.1)
I would like to either have no list of allowed rcpthosts (because I want to
be able to send emails everywhere), or how do I updated my list of allowed
rcpthosts.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.

it's a problem with your mail server. Do you need to authenticate and if so,
are you?

You can set up authentication by clicking "More Settings..." on your
account's dialog and going to the "Outgoing server" tab.
