What is name of files providing Project VBA Help?

Folks,

The standard configuration of Project 2002 set by the IT dept of a
current client did not include the VBA Help File which provides
context-sentive "help" on Project's VBA and functions. Normally this is
set in a selection in Project's setup program. They have developed a
standardized install program that does not include this. They are
unwilling to adjust this standard install program to include this file,
and they are unwilling to provide access to the Project setup disk for
those who need/want this file installed. (Apparently the thousands of
people who have installed Project without this file haven't yet noticed).

I can't spot the actual file which provides this functionality. Anyone
know this file name, or where the installed file names are documented,
or where this function library may be documented in another book or
document?

The file is called

VBAPJ10.chm for Project 2002
I recall it was VBAPJ9.chm for 2000
Probably VBAPJ11.chm for Proj 2003

For english versions it is in the 1033 subdirectory.
For example c:\program files\microsoft office\office 10\1033
