What is OLK570?

When I save a word document the first save location that comes up is OLK570.
It is filled with a large number of files already saved in other files in
word and other documents I don not eaven recognize. WHat is OLK570.? Do I
really need it? Are documents saved here duplicates of the same documents
saved elesewhewre.

The OLK would suggest Outlook. Do you use Word as your email editor in
Outlook? Or have you opened file attachments from Outlook in Word? Google
finds only one hit for OLK570:

document that as far as I can tell does not contain this text.
