what is "reported error (0x80040201"

In the "Outlook Send/Receive Progress" box, I get the message: "Task 'My
email(2) - Sending' reported error (0x80040201): 'Unknown error 0x80040201'"

How do I get rid of it?

It does not seem to be interfering with my receiving or sending email, but
it keeps popping up.
