what is Runtime error R6025

HP Pavilion a420n 3000+ AMD Athlon 160GB
Winxp home
Outlook 2003

I got an email from someone I know, at least the addy is the right one as
far as I can tell, when I try to open it, I get this message, when I click
OK, or try to close the message, my mail program shuts off. I can open
Outlook back up, but I can't open, or even delete this message, any ideas?
