what is "shortcut menu" ?

Delete on the shortcut menu". I don't see a shortcut menu, where?

Right-click the file and a context menu appears, one option of which is
"Delete".
If you don't see that then you need to post this question in a group
dealing with your Operating System. This is not a Word question...

The "shortcut menu" is the context menu you get when you right-click.
