We started using Outlook 2007 a few months ago when we upgraded our computer
(Vista). Previously we used Outlook 2002. When we installed 2007 we took
our old 2002 pst and opened it in 2007.
We recently had a hard drive crash and have had to reinstall everything. As
part of this project we want to take the opportunity to clean up out outlook
files, separate between personal and business, current and old, etc. and
start working in a 2007 pst. We have about 700 entries in our contacts.
My question is: is it better to move the contacts from the 2002 pst by
dropping and dragging, or is it better to use the import utility. What are
the advantages and pitfalls of each one?
Thanks in Advance,
