What is the best way to bring Access application to a wed based application?

I have a Access 2000 database application. The
application is quite complex. It involves a lot of multi
queries, linked tables, and others. The application is
accessed by the users via a network drive.

I would like to bring the application to a web page. In
other words, the application will be access via an
intranet website. What are the tools that I need to
accomplish this or is it even possible?
