What is the best way to insert Visio flow charts into a Word doc?

I have tried every possible scenario I can think of, (ex: saving as a .jpg,
..emf, .bmp and then inserting as a picture; copying and pasting into the Word
doc., etc.) and I always end up with a fuzzy flow chart or with the text in
the process boxes being cut off. Do you have any ideas that might help?

Copy>Paste works fine for me.
