What is the cost of Access 2003 runtime for a Developers use?

Finding it will be a challenge. I did a quick Google and did not find a copy
available. Since 2007 is out, MS no longer offers it. What you need is
called Access 2003 Developer Extensions

As I recall, the original list price was about $700.00 US

As other several mentioned, I'm not sure if the mail are for sale anymore,
to keep in mind that for access 2007 the developers edition runtime tools
are free.

And keep in mind that an upgrade from access 2003 to 2007 is $109 last time
I looked.

So one possibility is to move to access 2007, the cost of upgrading is going
to be far cheaper than purchasing the runtime system for access 2003 which
was quite expensive.

in 2007, the developer tools in the package wizard and runtime is now a free
download.

Unless my memory is faulty, I believe the free Access 2007 runtime will
properly execute an Access 2003 database, so why would the poster need to
spend $109 to upgrade Access 2003 to Access 2007? Most Access users that I
know would gladly pay $109 to _avoid_ using Access 2007.

Larry,
What things to you dislike about Access 2007? I haven't
used it much and would like to hear your take on it.

Because I have no clients who are interested in moving to Access 2007, I,
too, have had little personal experience with it. And, I don't want to
speak for those clients re: specific likes and dislikes.

Well, for one thing the person distributing the app using the A2007
runtime will need a retail copy of A2007.
